Azeka was constructed in phases that began in 1978 and is located in the “Heart and Soul of Kihei.” The center flanks both sides (mauka and makai) of South Kihei Road and encompasses approximately 129,089 square feet of leasable space. MW Group, Ltd. purchased Azeka Shopping Center in December 2002. The center was built in the traditional Hawaiian architectural and recent renovations to the center include open gateway hale, Hawaiian hip roofs, shaded trellis, new signage, and tropical landscaping to enhance the Hawaiian setting and shade common seating areas. Azeka is the largest center in Kihei, Maui providing a unique destination for the local resident, business community, and visitors.
