
This form is utilized to allow access to your suite after hours, on weekends and in case an employee has forgotten their office key. This will allow listed persons to go directly to Security (located in the Lobby) and our Security team will grant them access.
This form is one of the first items that will be needed as a new tenant and should be maintained throughout your tenancy. This limits who has the ability to make changes to any of the forms listed here. This requires both the name and title of the individuals and an actual signature. This is for the security of your company and is checked anytime a new form is submitted.
Please reference this manual prior to any emergency. It is important that you and your staff have the information necessary on how to safely handle an emergency fire situation.
You will only need to fill this out when you initially move in or if you have a change in your company name. Your initial signage order will be free of charge up to 2 lines. After that, there will be an applicable fee for replacements and/or changes.
This is a request for office keys, building/parking access tokens and the men’s and women’s restroom keys. To request an additional office keys, the key number is required. You can find that located on the key itself and is 10 characters in length.
During your initial move in and throughout your tenancy, you will use this form for any and all large deliveries (excluding FedEx, UPS or DHL) or contracted work being done in your suite. This will require information regarding the date of work, hours of access, the contractor or company doing the work, a contact person and number for that contractor, the areas in which they will need access, your information and the activities which will be taking place. We request 24 hours notice to review and approve the requests. This will be retailed with Security as well.
This document is to assist our tenants in all aspects of the building. This includes all building policy and procedures.
Use this form if you want to grant limited access to your suite to designated individuals during specific times and dates.
We ask that we are informed of any changes from one employee to another or if an employee gets a new vehicle. Per the Rules and Regulations, 30 days notice is required for cancellations.
This form is held on file with Security in case of Emergency. Although the building is equipped with all necessary emergency precautions, should there be a situation that requires evacuation of the building, this list will let us know who will be the responsible person in your office who can tell us everyone has evacuated your suite. This form will also let Security know if there is anyone on your staff who will need additional assistance evacuating the building.
